Animatic + Characters + Shapes

Finished up the animatic, started working on the shapes, colors, backgrounds, and characters.

Finished up my animatic and began work on creating the characters and assets for the animation. The production schedule was finally finished. I think one of the main things I'm learning through this is that the process is a lot more work than I think it is.

Even just with creating the shapes, it seems that it's a lot more work. As outlines for the characters or even just backgrounds, it's difficult to overcome the "flat" feeling, so I end up spending more time on the background and characters just to try and get a more "whole" feel and not something that feels like it's been done in two seconds.
